1. RCM application form and authorization letter
2. Product manual, specification sheet, and nameplate;
3. Circuit schematic diagram of the product;
4. List of key components of the product and corresponding certification certificates;
5. List of product model differences;
6. Additional model photos of the product;
7. Three main test model samples;
8. Product qualification test report.
