功能及特點(diǎn)：
1.立式浸膠機(jī)可對(duì)7628、2116、1080等電子級(jí)玻璃布、氈、紙進(jìn)行連續(xù)浸漬、干燥、收卷或剪切。可浸漬FR—4、CEM—1、CEM—3環(huán)等半固化片。
2、立式浸膠機(jī)采用遠(yuǎn)紅外涂層熱油板輻射、電熱板輻射加熱，左中右多點(diǎn)溫度控制，使的半固化片左右凝膠化時(shí)間≤2.5S。PP表面平整、無雜質(zhì)、氣泡等現(xiàn)象。
3.立式浸膠機(jī)計(jì)量輥控制精度高，運(yùn)動(dòng)精度≤0.002mm，直線精度≤0.001mm/m.浸漬后的半固化片公差范圍符合國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.立式浸膠機(jī)高精度張力控制，全線張力值≤25daN

Functions and Features:
1. The vertical dipping machine can continuously impregnate, dry, wind or cut electronic grade glass cloth, felt and paper such as 7628, 2116 and 1080. It can be impregnated with prepregs such as FR-4, CEM-1, and CEM-3 rings.
2. The vertical dipping machine adopts far-infrared coating hot oil plate radiation and electric hot plate radiation heating, and multi-point temperature control on the left, middle and right, so that the gelation time of the prepreg on the left and right sides is ≤2.5S. PP surface is smooth, free of impurities, bubbles and other phenomena.
3. The measuring roller of the vertical dipping machine has high control accuracy, the motion accuracy is less than or equal to 0.002mm, and the linear accuracy is less than or equal to 0.001mm/m. The tolerance range of the prepreg after dipping is in line with international standards.
4. High-precision tension control of vertical dipping machine, the tension value of the whole line is less than or equal to 25daN
