位移探頭\330171-08-28-50-02-05記者從安徽省發(fā)改委獲悉,國家發(fā)改委和科技部1月10日聯(lián)合批復了合肥綜合性國家科學中心建設方案。該中心將建設成為國家創(chuàng)新體系的基礎平臺,聚焦信息、能源、健康、環(huán)境四大科研領域,開展多學科交叉和變革性技術研究。根據(jù)國家批復方案,合肥綜合性國家科學中心將在信息領域建設量子信息重大創(chuàng)新基地、天地一體化信息網(wǎng)絡合肥中心和聯(lián)合微電子中心。在能源領域,建設聚變堆主機關鍵系統(tǒng)綜合研究設施和分布式智慧能源創(chuàng)新平臺。在健康領域建設國際一流的離子醫(yī)學中心與大基因中心,在環(huán)境領域開展大氣環(huán)境立體探測實驗裝置的預研。據(jù)了解,合肥是繼上海之后,國家正式批準建設的第二個綜合性國家科學中心。目前合肥擁有同步輻射、全超導托卡馬克和穩(wěn)態(tài)強磁場3個大科學裝置,是全國除北京之外大科學裝置最密集的地區(qū)。方案獲批之后,合肥將新建聚變堆主機關鍵系統(tǒng)、未來網(wǎng)絡實驗設施等一批大科學裝置,并先行建設量子信息國家實驗室。根據(jù)規(guī)劃,合肥綜合性國家科學中心到2020年基本建成,成為國家創(chuàng)新體系的基礎平臺、大型開放式研究基地、新成果不斷涌現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)新高地、代表國家參與全球競爭與合作的科技策源地。安徽省發(fā)改委主任張韶春介紹,合肥綜合性國家科學中心將在運行機制和管理機制方面進行創(chuàng)新,成立理事會,探索首席科學家負責制,統(tǒng)籌全國創(chuàng)新資源開展科技攻關。儀器儀表
