PBT的應(yīng)用：

PBT（增強(qiáng)、改性PBT）主要用于汽車、電子電器、工業(yè)機(jī)械和聚合物合金、共混工業(yè)。如作為汽車中的分配器、車體部件、點(diǎn)火器線圈骨架、絕緣蓋、排氣系統(tǒng)零部件、摩托車點(diǎn)火器、電子電器工業(yè)中如電視機(jī)的偏轉(zhuǎn)線圈，顯象管和電位器支架，伴音輸出變壓器骨架，適配器骨架，開關(guān)接插件、電風(fēng)扇、電冰箱、洗衣機(jī)電機(jī)端蓋、軸套。

另外還有運(yùn)輸機(jī)械零件，縫紉機(jī)和紡織機(jī)械零件、鐘表外殼、鏡筒、電熨斗罩、水銀燈罩、烘烤爐部件、電動(dòng)工具零件、套等。

我國PBT應(yīng)用主要在以下三個(gè)方面：

電子電器方面：如接插件、變壓器、熔斷器外殼、開關(guān)、繼電器、節(jié)能燈、線圈骨架、電機(jī)外殼等。

汽車方面﹕如汽車內(nèi)部儀表零件、接插件、繼電器、電子點(diǎn)火系列、把手、燈座、燈罩、反射鏡外殼等。

其它方面﹕如風(fēng)扇葉片、小家電外殼、計(jì)算機(jī)鍵盤、紡絲、色母料、光纖護(hù)套。

PBT英文名稱為Polybutylece Terephthalate，中文名稱為聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯或聚丁烯對苯二甲酸酯，屬于聚酯系列，是由1.4-丁二醇(1.4-Butylene glycol)與對苯二甲酸(PTA)或者對苯二甲酸酯聚縮合而成，并經(jīng)由混煉程序制成的乳白色半透明到不透明、結(jié)晶型熱塑性聚酯樹脂。由于PBT樹脂的-CH2-鏈增長，使得分子鏈易于撓曲，所以玻璃轉(zhuǎn)移溫度比PET低，固化速度快。PBT是一種結(jié)晶性、高分子量的聚合物，具有優(yōu)良的物性和加工性的平衡。因?yàn)椴牧系慕Y(jié)晶化快速，使成型的循環(huán)時(shí)間短且成型溫度可低于很多的工程塑料。密度在1.31～1.55之間，熔點(diǎn)在224～230℃，長期使用溫度可達(dá)120℃以上。它具有許多優(yōu)良的特性，被廣泛應(yīng)用于電子、電氣、資訊、通訊及汽車工業(yè)。
