  TPE包膠應該注意的問題：

  5、保持TPE融體的溫度以保證粘接效果;

  6、TPE材料包覆成型需烘料再加工，以減少制品表面水紋，獲得表面色澤均勻的效果;

  7、選擇的色母粒其載體樹脂與TPE和結(jié)構(gòu)件材料都相容;

  8、對于光滑的表面要特別處理，目的是增加軟膠與硬膠粘合接觸面，加強粘接效果

  9、TPE應具有較好的流動性，因TPE包膠層厚度與尺寸比很小，TPE通常需要流經(jīng)較長的路徑和薄壁區(qū)來充入模具。
