使用說(shuō)明

在安裝PN型泥漿泵時(shí)泵進(jìn)口禁止有急據(jù)彎頭，盡量可能向下傾斜30度左右，以方便排除進(jìn)口管道的空氣，達(dá)到的吸漿狀態(tài)，避免造成氣蝕現(xiàn)象，吸不進(jìn)漿液。啟動(dòng)泥漿泵之前應(yīng)盤動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器無(wú)卡死以及盤動(dòng)困難的現(xiàn)象，如有此類現(xiàn)象應(yīng)該校準(zhǔn)電機(jī)與泵頭的平衡度，然后把泵腔里面灌滿，再啟動(dòng)泥漿泵。在使用中應(yīng)該泥漿泵的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)周期定期更換備件和軸承以防出事故耽誤生產(chǎn)。進(jìn)口流量過(guò)少不宜運(yùn)行，以避免引起震動(dòng)和漿料沉淀。泥漿泵不使用前應(yīng)該用清水沖洗泵腔以防泵體里面的泥漿結(jié)塊堵塞泵腔。該系列PN泥漿泵除了1PN和2PN型泥漿泵出口為水平以外，其它的泵均為垂直向上。PN泥漿泵必須加入一定量的軸封水，其水量一般為工作流量的1-3%。其水壓一般應(yīng)大于工作壓力1公斤/厘米2.1PN、2PN、**N、2PNL、**NL轉(zhuǎn)向自電機(jī)方向看為順時(shí)針?lè)较颍?PN、6PN、8PN、10PN、12PN轉(zhuǎn)向自電機(jī)方向看為逆時(shí)針?lè)较颉Ｔ撔湍酀{泵一般情況下采用倒灌自注式安裝。（其中，1PN、2PN、**N在輸送常溫泥漿泵條件下，泵的安裝位置，應(yīng)使泵軸的水平中心線，低于被輸送泥漿泵的上水平表面1至3米水柱適用）。泥漿泵停泵時(shí)禁止倒轉(zhuǎn)，也就是在安裝管道時(shí)出口管道上要裝單向閥防止倒流，避免倒流造成泵倒轉(zhuǎn)的現(xiàn)象。 

產(chǎn)生故障的原因及排除

1、軸功率大的原因葉輪和護(hù)板發(fā)生，解決辦法是葉輪和護(hù)板的間隙。 
2、揚(yáng)程不夠的原因（1）葉輪和護(hù)板的間隙過(guò)大，解決辦法葉輪和護(hù)板的間隙，如后還達(dá)不到要求，就得更換新葉輪和護(hù)板。（2）大塊顆粒堵塞葉輪流道，解決辦法拆掉部分進(jìn)水管，將大塊顆粒。 
3、軸承過(guò)熱原因（1）油太少或者太多，解決辦法使油保持在油標(biāo)規(guī)定油位。（2）油中有雜質(zhì)，解決辦法更換新油。（3）軸承磨損，解決辦法更換新軸承。 
4、泥漿泵工作中震動(dòng)的原因（1）葉輪不是平衡的磨損，解決辦法更換新葉輪。（2）軸承磨損或油中有雜質(zhì)，解決辦法更換新油或更換新軸承。（3）泵進(jìn)料不足、進(jìn)入空氣過(guò)多，解決辦法進(jìn)料和附加清水。 
5、密封漏液原因（1）水封管中沒(méi)水，解決辦法檢查水封裝置，引壓力水注入填料。（2）填料磨損，解決辦法更換新填料。
