2:A風電機組電控系統工作的安全可靠性已成為風力發電系統能否發揮作用,甚至成為風力發電場能否長期安全可靠運行的重大問題。在實際應用過程中,尤其在般風力發電控制與檢測系統中,電控系統滿足用戶提出的功能上的要求是不困難的。往往不是電控系統的功能而是它的可靠性直接影響風力發電機組的性能。為了保證風電機組可靠運行,提高電控系統的可靠性,要了解系統的安全可靠性程度,各環節進行可靠性分析,然后根據分析結果進行控制系統的設計,提出風電機組電控系統安全可靠性設計原則,使控制系統更完善,更適應于風電機組安全運行。
