The discontinued/cancelled hardware components NCU 561.3, 571.3, 572.3 and 573.3 of SINUMERIK 840D and 840DE have been innovated to secure the availability of a 10-year spare parts supply.
The innovated NCU 572.3 and 573.3 are/will be released for general availability in the spare parts business.
When replacing spare parts, carefully observe the compatibility with the NCU software.

The new NCU 561.3 and 571.3 will be described in a separate ProdIS Info when the right time comes.
