| The discontinued/cancelled hardware components NCU 561.3, 571.3, 572.3 and 573.3 of SINUMERIK 840D and 840DE have been innovated to secure the availability of a 10-year spare parts supply. The innovated NCU 572.3 and 573.3 are/will be released for general availability in the spare parts business. When replacing spare parts, carefully observe the compatibility with the NCU software.
