故效率總是小于1的。目前國內中開泵中多數型號的效率一般在70-80％左右，少數大流量型號的效率在90%左右。影響中開泵效率的主要原因在于泵內存在的能量損失，這些損失主要是機械損失，水力損失和容積損失。機械損失主要是葉輪外表面與液體的磨擦損失（即圓盤摩擦損失）以及離心泵軸承，軸封上的摩擦損失，水力損失主要是液體在泵內運動速度和方向的變化引起的沖擊損失。中開泵效率是指泵的有效功率和軸功率的比值旋渦損失等，液體與泵內各流道壁面的磨擦損失以及液體運動的內部磨擦損失，容積損失主要是泵內高壓液體向低壓區泄露回流造成的損失，包括密封環泄漏損失，平衡機構泄漏損失和級間泄漏損失。通過不同可以使中開泵的效率和汽蝕性能得到很好的提升當然在進行效率和汽蝕性能改造的同時。
本系列泵是單級、雙吸、水平中開式離心泵，適用于汲送清水和無腐蝕性的液體。介質溫度80℃。軸承體通人冷卻水后，可輸送130℃以下的熱水。改變密封環、軸套和葉輪的材質，可以輸送含有泥沙的渾水。改變承壓零件的材質，可以提高泵的進口壓力.泵的軸封一般采用軟填料密封，如有特殊要求，也可改裝機械密封。從電機方向看泵，泵為逆時針旋轉，按用戶要求，也可改為順時針旋轉。jdhuiquan4.13
