The mechanical seal is also called the End seal, which produces the appropriate compaction force on the contact surface of the rotating dynamic ring and static ring by the pressure of the spring and the sealing medium, so that the two ends are tightly fitted. The end side maintains a very thin layer of oil film, the media through the resistance is very large, to prevent liquid leakage.
本系列泵是單級、雙吸、水平中開式離心泵，適用于汲送清水和無腐蝕性的液體。介質(zhì)溫度80℃。軸承體通人冷卻水后，可輸送130℃以下的熱水。改變密封環(huán)、軸套和葉輪的材質(zhì)，可以輸送含有泥沙的渾水。改變承壓零件的材質(zhì)，可以提高泵的進口壓力.泵的軸封一般采用軟填料密封，如有特殊要求，也可改裝機械密封。從電機方向看泵，泵為逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，按用戶要求，也可改為順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)。jdhuiquan4.13

軸封上的摩擦損失，水力損失主要是液體在泵內(nèi)運動速度和方向的變化引起的沖擊損失。中開泵效率是指泵的有效功率和軸功率的比值旋渦損失等，液體與泵內(nèi)各流道壁面的磨擦損失以及液體運動的內(nèi)部磨擦損失，容積損失主要是泵內(nèi)高壓液體向低壓區(qū)泄露回流造成的損失，包括密封環(huán)泄漏損失，平衡機構(gòu)泄漏損失和級間泄漏損失。通過不同可以使中開泵的效率和汽蝕性能得到很好的提升當(dāng)然在進行效率和汽蝕性能改造的同時，不可忽略對中開泵可靠性方面的要求，總之通過我們的努力要獲得一款效率高汽蝕性能好，運行可靠穩(wěn)定的好泵。中開泵的首要零件有：泵體，泵蓋，葉輪，雙吸密封環(huán)，軸套，軸承等。除軸的資料為優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼外，其馀多為鑄鐵制成。泵體與泵蓋構(gòu)成葉輪的作業(yè)室。
根據(jù)水泵行業(yè)規(guī)定，Sh型與S型兩大系列中開泵并存，直至統(tǒng)一設(shè)計出新型泵代替這兩個系列時為止。本產(chǎn)品主要用于工廠、礦山、城市、電站給水農(nóng)用排澇灌溉、各種水利工程用泵和采暖空調(diào)系統(tǒng)等場合
