方便現(xiàn)場安裝。(1)結(jié)構(gòu)上縮短轉(zhuǎn)子部件軸向尺寸，軸的鋼性更好，運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定可靠。設(shè)有泵體字符封環(huán)，而葉輪密封環(huán)為可選用件。密封環(huán)磨損后可以更換，減少了運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用。S系列中開泵裝配與拆卸1，裝配轉(zhuǎn)子部件：依次將葉輪，軸套，軸套螺母，填料套，填料環(huán)，填料壓蓋，擋水圈，軸承部件裝在泵軸上，并套上雙吸密封環(huán)，然后裝上聯(lián)軸器。將轉(zhuǎn)子部件裝在泵體上，調(diào)整葉輪的軸向位暈到兩側(cè)雙吸密封環(huán)的中間加以固定，將軸承體壓蓋同固定螺釘緊固。裝上填料，放好中開面紙墊，蓋上泵蓋打緊螺尾柱銷后，擰緊泵蓋螺母，zui后裝上墳料壓蓋。但不要將填料壓得太緊，填料過緊會(huì)使軸套發(fā)熱，耗費(fèi)功率較大，也不要壓得太松，過松會(huì)使液體滲漏大，水泵效率降低。
本系列泵是單級(jí)、雙吸、水平中開式離心泵，適用于汲送清水和無腐蝕性的液體。介質(zhì)溫度80℃。軸承體通人冷卻水后，可輸送130℃以下的熱水。改變密封環(huán)、軸套和葉輪的材質(zhì)，可以輸送含有泥沙的渾水。改變承壓零件的材質(zhì)，可以提高泵的進(jìn)口壓力.泵的軸封一般采用軟填料密封，如有特殊要求，也可改裝機(jī)械密封。從電機(jī)方向看泵，泵為逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，按用戶要求，也可改為順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)。jdhuiquan4.13
