賀德克流量節(jié)流閥SR08-01-C-N-7.9H;節(jié)流閥(Choke valve)的外形結(jié)構(gòu)與截止閥并無區(qū)別,只是它們啟閉件的形狀有所不同。
節(jié)流閥的啟閉件大多為圓錐流線型,通過它改變通道截面積而達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)流量和壓力。節(jié)流閥供在壓力降極大的情況下作降低介質(zhì)壓力之用。介質(zhì)在節(jié)流閥瓣和閥座之間流速很大,以致使這些零件表面很快損壞-即所謂氣蝕現(xiàn)象。為了盡量減少氣蝕影響,閥瓣采用耐氣蝕材料(合金鋼制造)并制成頂jian角為140~180的流線型圓錐體這還能使閥瓣能有較大的開啟高度,一般不推薦在小縫隙下節(jié)流。由于節(jié)流閥的流量不僅取決于節(jié)流口面積的大小,還與節(jié)流口前后的壓差有關(guān),閥的剛度小,
故只適用于執(zhí)行元件負(fù)載變化很小且速度穩(wěn)定性要求不高的場合。

工作原理
電磁閥里有密閉的腔,在不同位置開有通孔,每個(gè)孔連接不同的油管,腔中間是活塞,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會(huì)被吸引到哪邊,通過控制閥體的移動(dòng)來開啟或關(guān)閉不同的排油孔,而進(jìn)油孔是常開的,液壓油就會(huì)進(jìn)入不同的排油管,然后通過油的壓力來推動(dòng)油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動(dòng)活塞桿,活塞桿帶動(dòng)機(jī)械裝置。這樣通過控制電磁鐵的電流通斷就控制了機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)WS06Y-01-C-N-0
