交流伺服電機的基本類型
長期以來,在要求調速性能較高的場合,一直占據主導地位的是應用直流電動機的調速系統。但直流電動機都存在一些固有的缺點,如電刷和換向器易磨損,需經常維護。換向器換向時會產生火花,使電動機的速度受到限制,也使應用環境受到限制,而且直流電動機結構復雜,制造困難,所用鋼鐵材料消耗大,制造成本高。而交流電動機,特別是鼠籠式感應電動機沒有上述缺點,且轉子慣量較直流電機小,使得動態響應更好。在同樣體積下,交流電動機輸出功率可比直流電動機提高10﹪~70﹪,此外,交流電動機的容量可比直流電動機造得大,達到更高的電壓和轉速。現代數控機床都傾向采用交流伺服驅動,交流伺服驅動已有取代直流伺服驅動之勢。

MI電纜具有良好的耐火特性且可以長期工作在25℃高溫之下,同時還有防爆、耐腐蝕性強、載流量大、耐輻射、機械強度高、體積小、重量輕、壽命長、無煙的特點。但價格貴、工藝復雜、施工難度大,在油灌區、重要木結構公共建筑、高溫場所等耐火要求高且經濟性可以接受的場合,可采用這種耐火性能好的電纜。用時注意的問題根據耐火電纜的具體特性,設計人員在設計選用時應注意以下幾個問題:當耐火電纜用于電纜密集的電纜隧道、電纜夾層中,或位于油管、油庫附近等易燃場所時,應首先選用A類耐火電纜。

功率管的換相信號需要從位置傳感器的狀態得出,換相時刻也就是霍爾傳感器的信號狀態改變的時刻。因此霍爾傳感器和三相繞組對應關系的確定對于電機的正確運行非常重要。
無刷直流電機采 用電子換向裝置代替了傳統直流電機的機械換向裝置,又具有與直流電機類似的機械特性,其磁鋼置于轉子上,通過不斷地變換定子繞組通電方式產生旋轉磁場驅動 轉子轉動。由于轉子采用了永磁體結構,無刷直流電機具有體積小、重量輕、結構簡單的特點。隨著電力電子技術的發展,無刷直流電機的應用越來越廣泛。快速有效地確定位置傳感器和繞組間的相序關系是實現無刷直流電機調速功能的關鍵。
本文通過對三相無刷直流電機傳感器位置、輸出信號與繞組電動勢間的關系進行分析,提出了一種測定其相序的有效方法。
