交流伺服電機也是無刷電機,分為同步和異步電機,目前運動控制中一般都用同步電機,它的功率范圍大,可以做到很大的功率。大慣量,轉動速度低,且隨著功率增大而快速降低。因而適合做低速平穩運行的應用。其交流伺服電機還有以下特點。
1、精度高
數控機床是按預定的程序自動進行加工的,不可能象普通機床那樣手動操作來調整和補償,各種因素對加工精度的影響,故數控機床的實際位移與指令位移之差要小。現代數控機床的位移精度一般為0.01~0.001mm甚至可高達0.1微米,以保證加工質量的一致性,保證復雜曲面、曲面零件的加工精度。

fag軸承中振動的產生一般來說,滾動軸承本身不產生噪音。通常感覺到的軸承噪音事實上是軸承直接或間接地與周圍結構產生振動的聲音效應。這就是為什么許多時候噪音問題可被視為涉及到整個軸承應用的振動問題。因加載滾動體數量變化而產生的激振:當一個徑向負荷加載于某個fag軸承時,其承載負荷的滾動體數量在運行中會稍有變化,這引起了負荷方向的偏移。由此產生的振動是不可避免的,但可通過軸向預加載來減輕,加載于所有滾動體(不適用于圓柱滾子軸承)。
