京雷GES-309MoL不銹鋼焊條主要成分是低C-22Cr-12Ni-Mo,可采用交直流電源,全位置焊接。焊接作業(yè)性極佳——電弧穩(wěn)定、成型美觀、波紋細(xì)膩、飛濺極少、脫渣容易;藥皮耐火性優(yōu)良、抗氣孔性佳、熔敷金屬的機(jī)械性能穩(wěn)定、X-Ray合格率高。因添加Mo且低碳,故抗裂性能極其優(yōu)良,常應(yīng)用于碳鋼與不銹鋼異材焊接或應(yīng)用于韌性較差的馬氏體、鐵素體不銹鋼焊接,也可用于鑄鋼的焊接。鎳鐵合金為焊蕊的鑄鐵焊條,是為焊接及維修各種鑄鐵而設(shè)。焊件可不預(yù)熱,幾乎可焊接各種類型鑄鐵,還可以用于鑄鐵和鋼的異種焊接,焊縫切削加工性能好,強(qiáng)度高、塑性好、具有抗裂性,常用于厚度較大的鑄鐵部件,灰口鑄鐵及球墨鑄鐵的焊接,工程級純度的鑄鐵的焊補(bǔ)。交直流兩用。Ni 50-60% σb460MPaMN 0.3-0.8% σ 0.2 422MPaAl 0-1% HB 180Fe余量

氣體保護(hù)不銹鋼藥芯焊絲,主要成分是22Cr-9Ni-3Mo-N,為奧氏體-鐵素體雙相不銹鋼藥芯焊絲,可全位置焊接。由于熔敷金屬奧氏體相與鐵素體相匹配均衡,所以熔敷金屬兼有奧氏體不銹鋼的綜合性能和鐵素體不銹鋼的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕特性,從而成為石化行業(yè)應(yīng)用中一種新興的材料。焊接作業(yè)性—電弧穩(wěn)定、成形美觀、飛濺極少,X-Ray合格率高。鈦鈣型的Cr17不銹鋼焊條,交直流兩用。用于耐耐蝕、耐熱的Cr17不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)
不銹鋼藥芯焊絲可以像碳鋼和低合金鋼藥芯焊絲一樣,對不銹鋼進(jìn)行既簡便又高效的焊接,不銹鋼藥芯焊絲的應(yīng)用以MAG焊為主,進(jìn)行MAG焊時具有如下特點;1)與手工焊相比,熔敷速度可提高2-4倍,其熔敷效率高達(dá)90%(不銹鋼焊條僅55%)2)對電流,電壓的適應(yīng)范圍大,焊接條件設(shè)定較為容易,易于進(jìn)行半自動和自動化焊接。3)脫渣性良好,焊道表面光澤。另外,飛濺很少,電弧穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良,X射線合格為使焊縫獲得良好的機(jī)械性能,MIG焊接的保護(hù)氣體建議采用Ar+2%O2,保護(hù)氣體流量以20-25L/min為優(yōu)。
