高壓電纜直流耐壓參考 按照此原則，XLPE電纜進行直流耐壓試驗的問題主要表現在以下幾個方面： ⑴直流電壓下，電纜絕緣的電場分布取決于材料的體積電阻率，而交流電壓下的電場分布取決于各介質的介電常數，特別是在電纜終端頭、接頭盒等電纜附件中的直流電場強度的分布和交流電場強度的分布完全不同，而且直流電壓下絕緣老化的機理和交流電壓下的老化機理不相同。因此，直流耐壓試驗不能模擬XLPE電纜的運行工況。 ⑵ XLPE電纜在直流電壓下會產生“記憶”效應，存儲積累單極性殘余電荷。一旦有了由于直流耐壓試驗引起的“記憶性”，需要很長時間才能將這種直流偏壓釋放。電纜如果在直流殘余電荷未完全釋放之前投入運行，直流偏壓便會疊加在工頻電壓峰值上，使得電纜上的電壓值遠遠超過其額定電壓，從而有可能導致電纜絕緣擊穿。 ⑶直流耐壓試驗時，會有電子注入到聚合物介質內部，形成空間電荷，使該處的電場強度降低，從而難于發
