INCONEL? 152焊條 手工電弧焊的方法焊接提供材質(zhì)書
INCONEL 152焊條主要用于手工電弧焊的方法焊接INCONEL 690合金。這種焊條中鉻的含量較高，這提高了其在核輻射條件下純水環(huán)境中抗應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂的能力。用這種焊條在任何焊接位置都可以焊出高質(zhì)量的焊縫。這種焊條還可以在所有的低碳鋼或低合金鋼表面形成耐蝕堆焊防護層，還可以用來焊接INCONEL 690合金制造處理核廢料的所謂的“玻璃熔爐”。另外，INCONEL 152焊條具有廣泛的應(yīng)用范圍可以用于異種材料的焊接，如焊接INCONEL和INCOLOY系列合金、不銹鋼、低合金鋼和低碳鋼。
INCONEL152焊條應(yīng)采用直流正接的方式，并適用于全位置焊接。

INCONEL ? 152 electrode
INCONEL 152 welding rod is mainly used to weld INCONEL 690 alloy by manual arc welding. The content of chromium in this electrode is high, which improves the ability of the anti-stress corrosion cracking in the pure water environment under the condition of nuclear radiation. High quality welds can be soldered in any welding position with this electrode. The electrode can also form an anticorrosive surface-resistant layer on all low carbon steel or low alloy steel surfaces and can be used to weld INCONEL 690 alloy to produce the so-called "glass furnace" of nuclear waste disposal. In addition, INCONEL 152 electrode has a wide range of applications to be used for welding of heterogeneous materials, such as welding INCONEL and INCOLOY series alloy, stainless steel, low alloy steel and low carbon steel.
INCONEL152 electrode shall be used for direct current connection and shall be applicable to all position welding.
