同步電機在空載下可能同步,但負(fù)載超過一定量的時候就不能同步了。
伺服電機一般為永磁式同步電動機,驅(qū)動數(shù)控機床上的X/Y/Z軸臺面,電機電機后帶編碼器或增量編碼器作為位置反饋。一般不使用鼠籠異步電動機。
數(shù)控機床上的主軸電機也帶編碼器,但分辨率沒有伺服電機編碼器的分辨率高,同時由于隨動性能要求不高,一般使用鼠籠異步電動機,這樣成本可以低一些。

伺服電機工作原理和特點
原理:① 伺服主要靠脈沖來定位,基本上可以這樣理解,伺服電機接收到1個脈沖,就會旋轉(zhuǎn)1個脈沖對應(yīng)的角度,從而實現(xiàn)位移,因為,伺服電機本身具備發(fā)出脈沖的功能,所以伺服電機每旋轉(zhuǎn)一個角度,都會發(fā)出對應(yīng)數(shù)量的脈沖,這樣,和伺服電機接受的脈沖形成了呼應(yīng),或者叫閉環(huán),如此一來,系統(tǒng)就會知道發(fā)了多少脈沖給伺服電機,同時又收了多少脈沖回來,這樣,就能夠很的控制電機的轉(zhuǎn)動,從而實現(xiàn)的定位,可以達到0.001mm。直流伺服電機分為有刷和無刷電機。有刷電機成本低,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,啟動轉(zhuǎn)矩大,調(diào)速范圍寬,控制容易,需要維護,但維護方便(換碳刷),產(chǎn)生電磁干擾,對環(huán)境有要求。因此它可以用于對成本敏感的普通工業(yè)和民用場合。無刷電機體積小,重量輕,出力大,響應(yīng)快,速度高,慣量小,轉(zhuǎn)動平滑,力矩穩(wěn)定。控制復(fù)雜,容易實現(xiàn)智能化,其電子換相方式靈活,可以方波換相或正弦波換相。電機免維護,效率很高,運行溫度低,電磁輻射很小,長壽命,可用于各種環(huán)境。
一分體式包括爐體凈化器儲氣罐灶具等,一套氣化爐好多部件以及連接管道,重量至少1KG以上,制造運輸安裝使用均不方便。對比:一體機8mm高7mm寬4mm寬,僅有一個普通灶臺大小。自然也沒有那樣多連接部件諸多管件了,重量至少減輕了一半。二分體式制造成本難以控制。北京某廠的試制品,爐子直徑4mm12mm高,凈化器6mm長24mm寬63mm高,可以計算一下需要多少2mm鋼板?爐子與凈化器連接2個法蘭盤,凈化器與風(fēng)機2個法蘭盤,還有8個焊管的焊縫。

9.換向極線圈短路 : 重新繞制線圈。
10電樞繞組斷路 :拆開電機,檢查電樞繞組,用毫伏表找出斷路處,若不能焊接將重繞。
11電樞繞組短路或換向器斷路 :電機運轉(zhuǎn)時,換向器刷握下冒火,電樞發(fā)熱,應(yīng)檢查云母槽中有無銅屑,或用毫伏表測換向片間電壓降,檢查出繞組短路處。
12.電壓過高: 調(diào)整外加電壓到額定值。
13.換向極引出線接反: 簾動機在負(fù)載時轉(zhuǎn)速稍慢并出火,應(yīng)調(diào)換和刷桿相聯(lián)接的兩線頭。
直流電機故障現(xiàn)象:電動機轉(zhuǎn)速不正常
1.勵磁繞組回路開路,勵磁電壓過低:檢查磁場線圈聯(lián)接是否良好,接錯磁場線圈或調(diào)速器內(nèi)部是否斷路,勵磁欠壓繼電器是否動作,勵磁電壓是否正常。
2.電刷不在正常位置:按所刻記號調(diào)整刷桿座位置。
3.電樞及磁場線圈短路:檢查換向器表面及接頭片是否有短路,測量磁場線圈每極直流電阻是否一樣。
4.外加電壓過高或過低:用萬用表測量,將電壓調(diào)整到允許范圍內(nèi)。
